Handling & Shipping
We will process your order within 24 business hours and will ship within the next 48 business hours. Due to high demand, some custom items will require 3 - 5 business days for process before shipping.
Items will be delivered to your doorstep the next 7 - 20 working days depending on location. Some international deliveries may take a slightly longer time to reach their destinations due to delay at customs. Buyers will be responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Email us as soon as possible if you wish to change details of your order, we might be able to take care of it. However, we can't make any promises as our warehouse moves really fast in order to ship your parcels as soon as they are confirmed.
Returns & Refunds
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective or damaged when you received it. If you need to return, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you instructions on how to make a refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
