What Is Referral Bonus?

A program that allows you to earn up to 20% commissions when you invite someone to sign up with your own special link. Example:

• 1st - 3rd person to sign up: 10% commission
• 4th person onward to sign up: 20% commission

How & When Do I Get Paid?

Commissions will be totaled on the last day of every month and transferred to you within 2 - 3 working days.

How Do I Get The Special Referral Bonus Link?

A form will be sent through Email which you are required to fill after joining Yenji Air Dry Clay Figurine Master Class. The special link will be generated and sent to you within 1 - 2 working days after receiving your response.

How Do I Join The Exclusive Members Only Facebook Group?

How To Order?

Simply choose your product from our list then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and send you a tracking number accordingly. Can I Order In Bulk?

Yes! Just drop us an email at yenjionline@gmail.com. You will be given a bulk order shipping rate after confirming your quantity and shipping destination.

How Do I Use A Discount Coupon / Code?

Simply enter the code into the field box given at the payment page. Remember to do this before you make payment.

How To Check Order Status?

You get to see real-time delivery updates of your order(s) with a tracking number. We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Click here to track your order(s).

Handling & Shipping

We will process your order within 24 business hours and will ship within the next 48 business hours. Due to high demand, some custom items will require 3 - 5 business days for process before shipping.

Items will be delivered to your doorstep the next 7 - 20 working days depending on location. Some international deliveries may take a slightly longer time to reach their destinations due to delay at customs. Buyers will be responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Amending Orders

Email us as soon as possible if you wish to change details of your order, we might be able to take care of it. However, we can't make any promises as our warehouse moves really fast in order to ship your parcels as soon as they are confirmed.

Returns & Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective or damaged when you received it. If you need to return, send us an email at yenjionline@gmail.com and we will send you instructions on how to make a refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
